Trade Iron Igloo Stove
Now here is a rare item for the collector of fur trade and/or Eskimo artifacts. This tiny whatle oil stove made by Central Oil & Gas Co. Gardner Mass., USA was made for the traders working the Canadian Arctic. Reminiscent of the tiny stone stoves used by the Eskimok these would have been highly prized by the Eskimo of the 19th Century. They wre used for heating cooking and light. Made of cast iron this little stove is in remakable good condition, a real relic treasure!
