Bronze Zodiac Netsuke

Metal netsuke are rare...the example offered here is no exception. The artist has miraculously incorporated all 12 animals of the Zodiak. Viewing the bottom of the netsuke reveals the feet, hooves, and paws of the representative animals. All of which has been done in 1 1/2" x 1 1/8" x 7/8". The Himotoshi cleverly incorporating the belly of the dragon. All most ingenious.
