Museum Quality Halbred Copy
Back in the early 1900's a German company manufactured very high quality copies of medieval polearms. They were marketed to museums and to wealthy estate owners. It was fashionable at this time for the wealthy families of Europe and America to have a great hall or trophy room decorated with medieval weapons. These copies are of the highest quality. This particular example is o steel and deeply etched. It needs only a hardwood shaft to complete for a den or for one of the popular reinactment groups. A magnificent piece of work with an overall length of 20 1/4 inches. A steal at the price posted.
