If you have something interesting that you would like to sell, please contact us. We cannot accept everything that comes along, but will certainly give your item every consideration. Our consignment service works on a simple commission structure. If your item is accepted, we do not charge a listing fee, only a percentage of the sale price. There is no pre-determined length of time that we will display items, this will be at our discretion. Please do not contact us if you are simply looking for an appraisal. We would expect you to have a price in mind for your item. Good digital photographs are necessary to include your item. We can edit them for display, but we still need good quality originals to work with. Most popular formats are acceptable. ie. .jpg .bmp etc. It is our intent at the Collectorium to continually promote our site and displays on the internet. We register keywords with search engines and diligently work to increase traffic. We are not ebay, but would like to think that is a good thing! We intend to operate on a much more personal basis and promise never to send you a "canned message".
If you see something that you like, please drop us an email noting the item(s) along with your shipping address. We will calculate shipping charges and provide you with a total and payment instructions. We apologize if our shopping/payment options seem antiquated. We have deliberately left out the automated shopping cart and forms, opting for more personal contact with the buyer hopefully resulting in a secure, trouble free transaction. In some cases, payments may be made directly to our consignors. We require credit card payments via Western Union Money Orders for international orders outside Canada/USA. We prefer Western Union M.O's from within Canada/USA, but also accept cashier's checks and international money orders from most banks. Sorry, we do not accept paypal or direct credit card payments. We cannot accept regular green US postal M.O.s, our bank will not cash them. The pink international US postal M.O.s are fine. Canadian postal M.O.s are no problem. Drop us a line if none of these options are suitable, we'll work something out! Our items are represented as accurately as possible. Please ask questions about an item if you are uncertain. We want happy customers, and do our best to prevent returns. In the unlikely event of a return, it is our policy to refund the purchase price of the item, less the postage.
